REPAIRS POLICY

For repair inquiries on items purchased on www.erikakaufman.com, please email contact@erikakaufman.com. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and receipt or proof of purchase.

All repairs and exchanges, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we are able to repair your piece, we will notify you of next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

All sales on www.erikakaufman.com are final. Due to the finality of your purchase, please note the description, measurements, and sizing or scale of all products before purchasing. We are happy to assist you with your selection before you make a purchase. Please send us an email at contact@erikakaufman.com with any questions or concerns about our products prior to making your purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you believe you received an item in error, please email us at contact@erikakaufman.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
